HeadsUp Design Company Inc. designs and supplies contemporary giftware. Incorporated in February 2002, the company is based in Western Massachusetts with a European office in Budapest, Hungary.
We sell directly to consumers via the internet and to retailers throughout the US, U.K., Europe and Japan.
Clocks will generally be dispatched within one week of receipt of order. Should any clock be out of stock the buyer will be notified via email with the expected delivery date.
All consumer sales are final.
However, should your product be defective it can be returned to HeadsUp Design Company for either a full refund or replacement of the clock. Whether to refund or replace the unit will be at the full discretion of HeadsUp Design Company.
Prior to returning any product customers should contact HeadsUp Design Co for a return authorization number prior. All returned packages should include the customers name, address, and telephone number.
